The Huelva Provincial Council, through the Territorial Development Area, has opened the term of a new call framed in the HEBE Mining Plan 2021 for which 9 personal scholarships are offered to carry out a theoretical training action – practice called "Operator of Mining Machinery", with a duration of 450 hours -3 months approximately-. The training will be divided into a theoretical part, given by the company IPH, with a duration of 150 hours and centralized in Valverde del Camino, and a part of non-labor professional practices, with a duration of 300 hours, in several work centers of the province related to mining activity.
This new training action is the third of the HEBE Mining Plan, launched for the first time in May 2019 as a new specific action aimed at promoting the employability of young people in the field of mining industries. Since its launch in 2015, the HEBE Plan (Huelva, Employment-Based Experiences) continues to diversify its actions, adapting to the socioeconomic circumstances of the province and, on this occasion, in response to the boom in the mining sector and the continuous demand for professionals by the same.
These scholarships have a total amount for the three months of 2,000 euros, at a rate of 570 euros gross during the first month and 715 euros gross during the second and third months. The deadline for submitting applications for this call is open from today, Monday, September 13, to September 24, inclusive, by filing at the General Registry of the Diputación de Huelva - at Avda. Martín Alonso Pinzón, 9 - or by any of the procedures provided for in the legislation of the Common Administrative Procedure.
To participate in this call, interested persons must have, among other requirements, a minimum qualification of Compulsory Secondary Education (E.S.O.) or equivalent; be between 18 and 35 years old -both inclusive-; be registered, at the date of the application, in a municipality in the province of Huelva that is included within the scope of action of one of the Rural Development Groups of the province and be registered as a job seeker in the Andalusian Employment Service.
