The Governing Board of the City of Huelva has approved the granting of the works license to the University of Huelva for the construction of multifunctional equipment on the Avenida de las Artes del Campus del Carmen, consisting of a new space 'COVID', aoutdoor classroom that will be located near the waters and sports slopes of the Campus, in an area that is currently used as a parking bag after Pavilion 7.

As stated by the mayor of Huelva, Gabriel Cruz, “we give green light to an action that contributes to the goal that we have marked, by the hand of the University, to provide Huelva with infrastructure that makes it more competitive from the point ofacademic view, promoting its positioning as 'University City'.Equipment of this nature, such as the university residence that will be built next to the Avenida de las Forces armed, make the campus more complete and dynamic, something fundamental to enhance our university as one of the fortresses and growth vector of the city ”.
