Samsung makes Apple Music app available on all 2018, 2019 and 2020 Smart TVs

Samsung is today releasing a first-of-its-kind software update that brings the Apple Music app to Samsung Smart TVs from 2018, 2019 and 2020. Music lovers can endlessly enjoy millions of songs, thousands of music videos, dozens of radio stations and their favorite songs on their Samsung Smart TV.

Last year Samsung was the first TV maker to offer the Apple TV app and today we are the first to offer Apple Music. Our partnership with Apple has provided consumers with an unprecedented range of entertainment options, especially when they are looking for more content for their smart TV. Users can thus enjoy their favorite music as well as thousands of series and films.

Exclusive collaboration Within the next three months, the Apple Music app will be available exclusively on all Samsung Smart TVs from 2018, 2019 and 2020. The app lets you choose from sixty million songs. So you always have your favorite songs and playlists at your fingertips. The Apple Music app also lets you listen to music offline on up to ten devices at once. All you need to do is run the update and create an Apple account if you don't have one yet. The Apple Music app is free for the first three months.

Additionally, Apple Music subscribers can also get personalized daily recommendations and listen to Beats 1 radio station, a global live stream with exclusive shows from artists like Frank Ocean, Nicki Minaj, The Weeknd, DJ Khaled and Elton John. . Additionally, subscribers will also have access to new “At Home With Apple Music” content which includes new playlists, group FaceTime chats with artists at home, interviews and special playlists from artists and so much more to help create a sense of connection and community during this time of confinement.

More content than everWith this new software update, Samsung continues to expand its content offering. Last year, the manufacturer had already made the Apple TV app and Airplay 2 support available on all Smart TVs. Thanks to the Apple TV app, you can choose from 100,000 films and series, including more than 500 titles in 4K HDR picture quality.
