“Bad service”: Fabián Vargas, with crosses up against Homecenter for a washing machine

Fabián Vargas released all his fury through a message posted on Twitter this Wednesday, January 5, when he described the situation he experienced.

“Bad after-sales service from Homecenter Colombia”, pointed out the 41-year-old former driver as an introduction.

Later, he commented: "We bought an emergency washing machine on December 29 and this is the time when the washing machine did arrive, but there is no one to install it."

And he showed that his patience was already at the limit: “From January 11 they can come. And if we install it, it loses the guarantee. We need to wash now!”

Faced with the vehement claim, Homecenter responded in the same way to resolve the problem.

"Hello Fabian! We are sorry that you are presenting this experience, we would like to help you to solve the problem. We want you to confirm us by DM [direct message], your data to carry out the respective follow-up of what happened, ”replied the warehouse.

Minutes later, Vargas deleted his trill, but it had already gone viral on the social network.
